Some of the activities as per the action plans are like sample program, quality control, in-time-shipment etc.Beside our own production facility we provide service to find out potential manufacturing unit basis on styling as per customers requirements.
We need the spec, sketch, design and all details including the yarn composition and then we make sample for clients' approval. Sometimes, we do this sampling according to a given sample (original sample) from the client-end and then send them for the clients' approval.

Preliminary screening by inspection and testing.
Developing to suit the season’s colors fabric and style based on as per buyer’s requirements.
Assistance our buyers marketing efforts in their own country.

An identification of goods during loading.
Ensuring that only the inspected goods not getting mixed up with the non-inspected goods.
Checking shipping documents & sending copy documents well in advance of shipment to avoid any discrepancy.
Receiving and verifying the quotations of suppliers by studying their suitability both in terms of quality and capacity to meet contractual requirements.
Negotiation and finalization of price through benchmarking.
On receipt of orders based on above, discussing with suppliers on progress preparation of critical path by highlighting critical stages involved.
Meeting with Merchandisers, Quality controllers and Logistic staff will be held every day and update the overall status.
Risk are reduced by checking material components, accessories/ user manuals etc.
First finished products are checked against buyer’s specification and prototype sample. Deviator and brought out for correction.
Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs.
Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment is performed according to the International Inspection Standards.The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.

Fabric Dying:
For fabric dying we work with SIM Group. They has wet processing unit machineries from europe & asia. In their continuous processing range their capacity is 1.8 million yards per month.We have some Fabric knitting partners in Bangladesh. Our Partnar Fabrics & Yarn Source Ltd. serves as a fully vertical knit fabric and apparel manufacturing setup in Bangladesh (yarn-final product) producing approx. 3 million units per month and 700,000 KGs of knit fabric per month for various retailers across Europe & Asia. Our vertical integration assists us in providing competitive prices, robust development services, and quick turnarounds to achieve significant economic of scale for our customers.

We are associated with some large scale composite garment factories, print and embroidery factories including washing plant in Bangladesh. We have own sourcing of fabrics and accessories within the country as well as in Bangladesh, China.

For fresh production, we prefer to pursue the following steps:
Buyer provides us the Technical and all details of the objective product.
We do the consumption and costing in our office by our own professional, independent of any factory.
We offer the buyer the costing that should be feasible and then, if it is necessary, we negotiate to agree to a price.
We negotiate with the factories that would be interested in undertaking the order at the price that have been agreed upon with the buyer.
We submit to the buyer company profiles of the factories that agree to take the order.
Buyer audits and selects the factories.
We submit the Pro-forma Invoice.
Buyer issues us TRANSFERABLE LC.
We transfer the LC to the factory.
Production process commences.
